October 29th, 2012 No comments

Hello Friends,

We started Monday Munch with regular updates from our Team Members. They came forth and discussed things learned during last week.

In today’s Monday Munch we discussed problems faced by all our team members from those problems we came to conclusion that we can sort out those problems by focusing on following five points which are known as Why 5 – why we are facing problems in our day to day work.

  1. Domain Knowledge
  2. Proper Reading
  3. User Perspective
  4. Proper Planning
  5. Participation in Product Planning

If we start focusing on the above five points all our problmes will be sorted out and we will have no hurdles in our work.

That’s it for today…

Clean Code Part-1 Monday Munch 1st October,2012

October 1st, 2012 No comments

Hello Friends,

Today’s Monday Munch was based on our last Monday’s discussion on Clean Code by Robert C. Martin. We discussed the first part of Clean Code which made everyone aware about writing clean code and how bad code affects the productivity and it increases mess.

A programmer should always ensure that he himself is responsible for writing bad code and if he does not improve himself it will be great loss of time and productivity.

Also today we decided to clear all our pending tasks and backlogs by this week because every time we think that we will do it later but these later results into never. So each every team has one goal i.e. clearance of backlogs.

That’s it for today…
