Welcome back to Monday munch. Today we started our session by a slideshow. It was about the journey travelled by Whatsapp till today. There we saw how Whatsapp made progress every time it took a single step further by keeping its users in main focus.

In the later part of the session we discussed about our ongoing projects. Then we talked about the top five things that we need to do in priority basis. Teams were appreciated for the work they did for the IT Expo 2014.

It was followed by monthly awards. The award list is as follows:

Welcome back to Monday munch. We started our week with discussions and preparations on our projects for IT Expo 2014 which will be held on 14th-17th February at Vanita Vishram Ground, Surat .

 

This is our brochure for the IT Expo 2014. Our Expo theme is Gain, Retain and Grow. Our products representing this theme are SMSBrain, MeraCRM and BizBrain respectively. You can gain customers with SMSBrain, can retain them by using MeraCRM and can grow your business with the help of BizBrain.

With just 10 days left, we are all getting ready for the IT Expo 2014….

Hello Friends,

Welcome back to Monday Munch. We started our week with the example of leading luxury car Mercedes Benz’s motto –“The best or nothing”.

 

Then after we took updates from each team regarding current projects and also we discussed about the upcoming projects that were expected to be completed in the current week. After that we saw some steps to improve this New Year as a part of New Year resolution and also future planning of every month.

”Coming together is the beginning, Staying together is progress and Working together is success”. As we know “team” is very crucial part of organization. We may be strong as individual but together we are invincible. Later on we also learn how to work in Team and also how to cooperate our team member on deadline of project releases.

In the later part of session we discussed some of experience as well how to focus on goal and boost our energy.

Welcome back to Monday Munch.

Today’s session was started by a funny video to lighten up everyone’s mood. It was followed by a presentation by some great business executives round the world.  They were giving  advises on business and technology. After that we saw some simple steps to improve ourselves in this New Year. Here we saw the month by month approach to introduce some healthy habits in our life.
In the later part of the session holidays for the current year were decided and confirmed through voting. As per our HR rule, we don’t impose holidays on our staff. We rather give our team the freedom to choose holidays as per their choice. After that updates on current projects were discussed.

In the last part of the session monthly awards were announced on the basis of voting by team members.

Synchronization essential for Teamwork – 64th Monday munch – 30th December, 2013

Today’s Monday munch was quite interesting and knowledgeable.

 

Today in the beginning of the session we saw a musical video of legendary music composer A R Rahman.  In that video we saw the brilliant synchronization between the singers and musicians.  After that we saw another video which described the planning and behind the scene preparation for that song. These videos were showed to emphasize on the importance of synchronization in team work. It is important for a team to work in coordination and synchronization.

After that we discussed about our current and upcoming projects. We discussed about our preparation for IT Expo 2014. Updates were taken from the team members on current projects.

In the later part of the session holidays for the coming year were decided. As per our HR policy we don’t impose holidays on our employees. We give our team the freedom to choose their holidays by voting. Currently there are 7 public holidays which has been increased for the coming year. Every team member actively took part in it.

Welcome back to Monday munch. In the beginning of the session we took updates from each team member regarding the ongoing projects. Then we discussed about the upcoming projects that were expected to be completed in the current week. A discussion to plan all the projects were done as a part of upcoming IT event IT Expo – 2014.

In the later part of the session we saw a presentation, it was on the advice given by senior executives from some top IT companies on business and technology. The presentation was a collection of some brilliant advices from some great brains. Then we saw a funny video to lighten up the environment.

Welcome back to the new segment of Monday munch. In the beginning of the segment we discussed about the updates on the current projects from the team members. New targets were set for the ongoing week. Pending tasks and the reasons for them were discussed.

In the later part of the session we saw a presentation on the three steps for clarity in work- purpose, plan and responsibility. We saw how important is team work to get better results. Even a person working in the lowest level of an organisation must have the idea about how his work will effect the people using it. It means that each and every individual should be responsible for their part of work.

User Experience – a prime element of product – Monday Munch 26th November,2013

Hiii Friends !!!!

Today we had a Monday munch to understand the significance of user experience specially when you are creating a product. Brands, prices etc. also play a major role  in success of any SAAS, but customers will retain only when they will have a great experience. So we discussed about some universal rules of UX . Some of them may not be applicable to every product but we can definitely use them with a proper contextual understanding.

In the other part of the session we seen some famous quotes said by famous persons. Everyone got a food for thought by these quotes. Among  them the most inspiring thought was ‘ Either Write something worth reading or do something worth writing.’ said by Benjamin Franklin.

After that, we discussed the planning and road – map of an upcoming mega IT event IT EXPO –  2014. Every leaders gave updates of their projects and decided goals for the next week. So, overall the session was quite inspiring and encouraging.

New Year Resolution- Monday Munch 11th November,2013

Monday Munch

Hello friends,

Here we are, back again after short Vacation of Diwali. Wish you all a Prosperous New year ahead.

Today’s Monday Munch was  about a special session on Resolution on new year. The first half of the session had begun with an inspirational video explaining us about the Resolutions for the New Year. Every individual should take resolutions at the eve of New Year, so that they don’t commit any mistake in the upcoming year. With the help of these resolutions an individual can find growth.

Later it was discussed about the goals which are to be fulfilled. Goals are to be set keeping in mind certain criteria lie Flexibility, priorities should be clearly defined, balance optimism, etc.

In the later part of the session, awards were declared on the basis of voting made by other team members. The Awards are as follows:
