| Required Skills |

Having good knowledge of HR from all aspects.

Excellent Communication skills to understand and express thoughts in English, Gujarati & Hindi.

Really understanding of people as human & their core needs.

Ability to deal with people politely, willingness to always keep learning about people, Teamwork & body language.

A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.

Proficient at MS Office & other IT technologies to do things efficiently & effectively.

| Key Responsibilities |

Identifying /foresee open position, find right talents and handle complete talent acquisition

Managing monthly payroll management.

Helping Avinashi to build open culture in interest of team as well as Avinashi.

Managing day to day routine tasks like Attendance, Leave management etc.

Maintaining good balance between Management & the Team.

Assisting management in Performance Appraisal of the Team.

Doing training & personal development of the Team.
-
Time to time survey Team Satisfaction and try to increase it by solving their problems.

Continuously innovating/evolving best practices for high performance team culture.

Responsible, Caring, Self-driven, Self-managed & Punctual person. Must be good listener & communicator. Keep learning & innovating People Management from all different aspects of HR. Apart from all these he/she must be charming, full of positive energy & ready to tackle any challenges in life & work.

He/She should be mature, fit and domestically secure and should able to work extended hours if required.
