Be a Rich Internet Application developer and write applications using Adobe Flash Platform (ActionScript and Flex) which are very rich and most useable for end users.

Desire to keep learning new technologies

Strong understanding of OOPS, Logic & Data Structures

Art of solving complex problems with quick and simple solutions

Working knowledge of Java, API consumption, MVC frameworks.

Knowledge of ActionScript, Flex and Flex Frameworks is a big plus.
