Job Purpose Create and grow SYSBrain,Which can handle innovative projects on Windows, Mac & Smartphone development in accordance with Avinashi's vision.
Based at Surat, Gujarat, INDIA
Reports to COO & CTO
Required Skills
  • Experience in Windows, Mac and smartphone development.
  • Expertise in threading, socket programming, OOPS, dealing with SDKs/APIs and deep understanding of various networking protocols
  • Cash-proof development and art of optimization without giving up
  • Good Communication skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire required knowledge of Windows, Mac and Smartphone developement from existing resources at Avinashi.
  • Helping Avinashi in developing policies and to set standards of SYSBrain development, to be followed by other team members.
  • Aquire and train other team members to grow SYSBrain division as per Avinashi's goals and vision.
  • Continuously keep innovating processes & knowledge and document it to pass earned knowledge to other team members.
  • Analyze business needs and architect projects/solutions as per project requirements.
  • Doing prototype projects ,R&D in new areas and routine development .
  • Representing technical matters into managerial and vice versa.
  • Report to COO and CTO time to time as needed.
Consults with Customers, Management, Team Leaders, Project Managers, Developers
Personality Self driven, motivated, result oriented and who never gives up. One should have clear focus of Avinashi's vision and business profit.With Honesty, Maturity, Innovation at work inspire and motivate others.
Personal Situation He/She should be mature and domestically secure and should able to work extended hours if required.
Management Abilities Taking responsibilities and divide them in team members.Not just following up with team members but helping them in achieving their goals. He should become a bridge between management and developers.
