Once you apply for available openings via our Talent Pool, We review each and every openings carefully.

We notify applicants about their status of application time to time via email and SMS notifications.

Applicants who succeeds in various rounds of interviews, We call them for Evaluation period.

Evaluation period can be from 4 hours to 5 working days depending on position and interviewer's confidence in you.

Evaluation period is time where an Applicant and Avinashi both tries to match each other.

If evaluation goes well, We will offer you a proposal to work with us!

Depending on our mutual discussion, all paper work will be done.

And as you join, You will be part of Avinashi.

If unfortunately, your skills and our interviewer's expectation do not match, We will keep you in our Talent Pool.
