Welcome back to the Monday munch.

In today’s session, we saw an article which explained five steps which will help us to deliver our task on time and within the budget. These steps helps us to work in coordination and thereby increasing the chance of timely completion of project.

The author says that proper coordination and communication within the team will help to get the work done in time. He further adds that it is necessary to have proper understanding about all the modules of the project within the team members and all the stakeholders and that it should be documented for the purpose of clarity. Frequent communication with the team members at the base level will help in solving the issues early. Following a proper change management technique will help in timely delivery of the product. Moreover a proper testing system should be implemented as early as possible to resolve issues at the earliest.

In the later part of the session we had discussion about the status of the various projects that we are currently working on.

In today’s session we had discussion about various projects that we are currently working on. We also had planning regarding our various products and discussed about the role played by the different departments in that. It was followed by updates of various products.

In the later part of the session we welcomed our new three team members who joined the energetic team of Avinashi recently.

Welcome back to a refreshing week with Monday munch. Today’s Monday Munch was sweet and short. In the beginning of the session, we discussed about our ongoing projects. Updates were taken from team leaders regarding the same.

In the later part of the session, we all gave farewell to one of our sincere and dedicated team member Nikunj Patel, who had become a part of Avinashi through his hard work. Avinashi Team wishes him all good luck for his future.

As a part of Monday Munch initiative, a biographical drama film on the life of Steve Jobs “JOBS” was screened at our office on last Saturday. The film depicts the strong professional character of Steve Jobs. He is shown as a businessmen who knows to make the best deal that he wants. His hunger for innovation is clearly depicted in the movie. After the film was finished a small activity was arranged where all the team members were asked to participate.
