In the beginning of the session we saw some points related to user UI requirement in developing a project. There we saw how important it is to collect information for analyzing the user requirement and thereby providing the best user experience. Then we saw how necessary it is to analyze the user requirement as users are not sure about their requirement.

In the later part of the session two new team members were introduced to the Avinashi family. It was followed presentations by two of our team leaders over various topics better use of codes and project architecture.

Welcome back to Monday munch.

Today in the beginning of the session we saw an inspirational video about a man who consistently helped others around him. The video points out that how a small daily effort by a man can bring change.

Then we saw slides which talks about the different laws that are important for better UI experience for a user. We saw the law no 5 – law no. 8 today that are important for better user experience.

After that we saw two presentations by our two senior team members. The first presentation pointed out the importance of leadership and clarity in a team for better results. The second presentation was about how cautious we should be while we are working on a project.

In the later part of the session monthly awards were declared. The award list is as follows:

Ferrari Award – Husain Parvez, Raviraj Chauhan.

Helping Hand Award – Nishtha Kahodariya, Vinita Katariya.

Welcome back to a refreshing week with Monday munch. Avinashi welcomes our new teammates on board.

In the beginning of the session, all the new team members were explained about the whole concept of Monday munch. After that we saw an article which pointed out the 11 things that we should never say at our workplace. It suggests that saying those things will create a negative image in the mind of those people who are interacting with us. You must have heard the saying “The written word can be erased – not so with the spoken word”, so it is considered better to use your words carefully whether you are in a meeting or at a coffee table with your colleagues.

Later part of the session all the new comers gave their introduction to the team. Each of them talked about their educational background and about their hobbies. It was really a fun.

This week’s Monday Munch started which a slide presentation to help the Avinashi Team understand the importance user experience in any product. The presentation targeted certain strategies make products more user friendly and task oriented at the same time. Keeping focus on the end user and experiencing a product from their perspective was the ultimate goal of the presentation.

Ongoing projects were discussed for timely deliverance and meeting deadlines. The Five new members of Avinashi Team were welcomed and introduced themselves to everyone in a fun way. At the end, team members were encouraged to cast their votes for this month’s Award displacement.
